Please note that, as a volunteer group, we are unable to offer an emergency service. Please contact the proper authorities when needed.
If clients wish to talk to us about a specific request or make a general enquiry, our helpline is open between
10am and 12noon on
weekday mornings: 07733 555316.
This number will be answered by the Duty Officer of the day. If you call outside these hours, please leave a message with your contact details, so we can get back to you.
Duty officers may not always be able to take your call immediately but please leave a message and the Duty Officer will respond as soon as possible.
Non-urgent general enquiries may be sent to our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Emails are checked weekly and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
